What about assembly?

is assembled, but most of it is quick and easy to assemble. All parts
including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and
boxed with instructions. Easy to follow instructions are included with those
items needing assembly. Typical tools that you may need include a hammer,
adjustable wrench and screw drivers (Phillips head or flat head).

and white glove service is available at an additional charge.

Deliveries are to
ground floors only - curb side delivery. Signature is required at the time of delivery. Common Carrier
deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. An appointment
by telephone can be made with the Delivery & Tracking Instructions that
will be provided to you prior to delivery.

Common Carrier
Deliveries are curb side delivery only, please have
delivery assistance equivalent to the size of your order at your location to
inspect item(s) prior to delivery arrival. Please have a digital camera to
take pictures of any damages to cartons/items.

It is imperative that
you make a claim of any damage or defect immediately upon delivery by noting
the problem/damages on the carrier's Bill of Lading. Please verify that the
correct item and number of cartons have been delivered. Inspect your
furniture carefully and thoroughly while the delivery person is still at your
home, before signing your delivery Bill of Lading receipt. Your signature is
your acknowledgement that your merchandise is satisfactory and is in order.

What if My Shipment Arrives
Damaged?
|

|
|
Unfortunately
accidents and damages to your order may occur. In this rare situation that
you experience damages to your shipment while this is extremely rare, we do
ask our customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise at the time of
arrival and Note All Comments On Damage(s) In Their
Entirety On The Bill Of Lading. Customer is also
asked to photograph the damages and Refuse
Delivery of ONLY the Damaged Items/Carton(s).
Call us within 24 hours when this occurs and e-mail the photographs of
damages to sales@sal4less.com within 5 business days of delivery. If the
damages are not fully noted on the bill of lading and reported within
24-hours, we will not be able to assist the customer with their claims. We reserve the right to repair furniture in
customer’s home or accept return for repair and/or replacement. Regretfully,
we can only authorize full refund in the rare event when we are unable to
repair or replace the item. We also expect our customers to accept delivery
appointment for any repairs or replacement furniture to complete the order
process.

Additional delivery fees may be required if you are located outside of a
regular delivery service area (very rural areas, dirt roads not accessible by

unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please
call in advance to reschedule your delivery. If delivery cannot be scheduled
within 10 days, applicable storage fees will be due.

strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization
of the limited manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Customer has 48 hours
to cancel an order once it is placed, excluding weekends. If we are able to
cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge
for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be
responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges and a 25%
restocking charge. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

What is the Return Policy?
|

Generally on all
items the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if
the furniture has already been shipped/produced. Please contact us and we
will assess your situation. A 25% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your
refund for all furniture. Please be careful when ordering your furniture and
let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for
your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the furniture. Sorry
we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in
their original un-opened packaging and all items must be in NEW re sellable
condition. Items will not be authorized for return after 2 days from the
delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded once we receive the returned
item(s). Because we ordered the piece for you from our manufacturers and
cannot return it to the manufacturer, we must charge you a fee equal to 25%
of the total order price to help defer the product cost.
