  How much is shipping?

  What about assembly?  
     
  Some of our furniture is assembled, but most of it is quick and easy to assemble. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with instructions. Easy to follow instructions are included with those items needing assembly.   How will my furniture ship?   
     
  Local Truck Deliveries (within 75 miles of 92408 is a flat rate of $45.00 - $75.00)  
     
  All local deliveries include curbside / driveway home delivery. Inside delivery and white glove service is available at an additional charge.   
   
     
  Large Shipment (Freight/Common Carrier)  
     
  Deliveries are to ground floors only - curb side delivery. Signature is required at the time of delivery. Common Carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. An appointment by telephone can be made with the Delivery & Tracking Instructions that will be provided to you prior to delivery.  
   
   
   
   
     
  Common Carrier Deliveries are curb side delivery only, please have delivery assistance equivalent to the size of your order at your location to inspect item(s) prior to delivery arrival. Please have a digital camera to take pictures of any damages to cartons/items.  
   
   
   
     
  It is imperative that you make a claim of any damage or defect immediately upon delivery by noting the problem/damages on the carrier's Bill of Lading. Please verify that the correct item and number of cartons have been delivered. Inspect your furniture carefully and thoroughly while the delivery person is still at your home, before signing your delivery Bill of Lading receipt. Your signature is your acknowledgement that your merchandise is satisfactory and is in order.  
   
   
   
   
   
   
     
     
  What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?  
     
  Unfortunately accidents and damages to your order may occur. In this rare situation that you experience damages to your shipment while this is extremely rare, we do ask our customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival and Note All Comments On Damage(s) In Their Entirety On The Bill Of Lading. Customer is also asked to photograph the damages and Refuse Delivery of ONLY the Damaged Items/Carton(s). Call us within 24 hours when this occurs and e-mail the photographs of damages to sales@sal4less.com within 5 business days of delivery. If the damages are not fully noted on the bill of lading and reported within 24-hours, we will not be able to assist the customer with their claims.  We reserve the right to repair furniture in customer’s home or accept return for repair and/or replacement. Regretfully, we can only authorize full refund in the rare event when we are unable to repair or replace the item.   Fed Ex/DHL/UPS Deliveries   
     
  When possible, your package will ship via Fed Ex/DHL/UPS; doorstep service is usually available. These services will not notify you prior to delivery. These items will not be placed into your home and are delivered usually to your doorstep only.  
   
   
   
     
  Shipping Surcharge  
     
  Additional delivery fees may be required if you are located outside of a regular delivery service area (very rural areas, dirt roads not accessible by freight trucks). If you are located outside of the regular delivery service area you'll be notified by email of additional delivery charges before your order is shipped (This is not calculated at checkout we will contact you should there be additional charges).

  Delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or outside of the US.  
     
  If a furniture carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled within a four-hour window. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please call in advance to reschedule your delivery. If delivery cannot be scheduled within 10 days, applicable storage fees will be due.

  Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of our in stock items, you will be notified should there be any issue with your order if it does not fall into our delivery time frame.   Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?   
     
  Sorry we cannot ship to APO / FPO addresses. Our cartons are too large.  
     
  What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?  
     
  All Products are covered under the limited manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company. We strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the limited manufacturer's warranty.  
   
   
   
   
     
  What is the Cancellation Policy?  
     
  Customer has 48 hours to cancel an order once it is placed, excluding weekends. If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges and a 25% restocking charge.   What is the Return Policy?  
     
  Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped/produced. Please contact us and we will assess your situation. A 25% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund for all furniture. Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the furniture. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original un-opened packaging and all items must be in NEW re sellable condition. Items will not be authorized for return after 2 days from the delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded once we receive the returned item(s). Because we ordered the piece for you from our manufacturers and cannot return it to the manufacturer, we must charge you a fee equal to 25% of the total order price to help defer the product cost.
